1. PRICES AND PAYMENT METHODS
We accept credit card payment with VISA, MasterCard, and Maestro.
All transactions are encrypted and 100% secure by the e-payment provider Stripe.
Prices are set in €
Every purchase will include a valid VAT receipt. VAT exemption applies for all countries outside of the European Union, and includes Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, and Switzerland.
Your card will be debited when they order is shipped.
3. DELIVERY INFORMATION & RATES
Orders are shipped using various carriers for speedy delivery depending
Normal delivery times:
- Sweden: 2-3 working days
- Europe: 2-5 working days
- World: 4-6 working days
Exact delivery cost appears in your basket.
4. ORDER CONFIRMATION
Directly after placing an order you will receive an order confirmation, ie your receipt, by e-mail. When the order has been picked-up by the designated shipper, you will receive a second e-mail with tracking information.
If we are unable to fulfill your order due to availability issues or other difficulties you will be refunded immediately.
5. RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
You have the right to cancel the purchase by returning goods within fourten (14) working days upon delivery. The goods must
be returned in perfect condition. Please note that you are responsible for the care of it until they reach us. Make sure to wrap the books carefully to avoid damages in transit.
Shipping charges of returns are at your expense.
We value your privacy highly. We comply fully with GDPR. Personal information collected when you place an order is stored and used solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order. This information is treated in accordance with Swedish Data Protection laws.
Our payment service provider, Stripe, is subject to national and international regulations concerning handling and data storage of personal information.
If Diep publishing has delivered the wrong item or a damaged item, or where the shipped item has disappeared during transportation, the you shall give notice of complaint to us.

Complaints must be made within a reasonable time after the you have discovered or should have discovered the error or defect.
Your complaints must include at least the following information:
Order number and title of the book(s) in question.
Returns may take place only when your complaint has been registered and return instructions have been received from us. You are entitled to return incorrect/defective products at Konst/ig's expense, provided that you comply with our instructions. Returns may not be made against payment on delivery.
Upon the approval of the complaint, payment will be refunded.
